Adelaide - Malcolm Blight Medal

Carlton midfielder George Hewett secured the John Nicholls Medal ahead of Jacob Weitering and Adam Cerra. Hewett received 160 votes, followed by Weitering with 147 and Cerra with 129. Luke Jackson, Jordan Clark, Brennan Cox, Michael Frederick, Sam Switkowski, Pat Voss, and Heath Chapman completed the top ten.

Tom Atkins, Mark Blicavs, Gryan Miers, Ollie Dempsey, Zach Guthrie, Shaun Mannagh, and Patrick Dangerfield filled out the rest of the top ten.

The voting process involves line coaches rating their respective players after each game from a pre-determined performance scale, with all line coaches meeting to determine an overall rating before submitting to head coach Adam Kingsley.

Hawthorn - Peter Crimmins Medal

Melbourne - Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Trophy

Dees skipper Max Gawn collected his third B&F gong, and his first since 2019, when taking out "Bluey" by a wide margin. Gawn finished more than 100 votes clear of Christian Petracca in second and Kysaiah Pickett in third. Jake Bowey, Christian Salem, Kade Chandler, Clayton Oliver, Ed Langdon, Harvey Langford, Jack Viney, and Kysaiah Pickett completed the top ten.

Four members of the match committee each give every player a rating out of 10, meaning a maximum score of 40 is available in a single game. Jack Viney won the award in 2024, while Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver were previous winners in 2023 and 2022.

North Melbourne - Syd Barker Medal

The 2025 Syd Barker Medal was shared, with Harry Sheezel and Tristan Xerri unable to be split at the top. Rounding out the podium was last year's winner, Luke Davies-Uniacke. Harry Sheezel and Xerri each received 207 votes, followed by Davies-Uniacke with 187. Luke Parker, Jy Simpkin, Caleb Daniel, Colby McKercher, Tom Powell, Cam Zurhaar, and Paul Curtis completed the top ten.

Five coaches rate each player's performance on a 4-3-2-1 system, meaning a player can poll a maximum of 20 votes in a single game. Luke Davies-Uniacke won the award in 2024, while Harry Sheezel and Jy Simpkin were previous winners in 2023 and 2022.

Port Adelaide - John Cahill Medal

Star midfielder Zak Butters made it a third consecutive John Cahill Medal after yet another standout season. Butters took it out from Mitch Georgiades, with skipper Connor Rozee rounding out the top three. Zak Butters received 134 votes, followed by Georgiades with 118 and Rozee with 117. Joe Richards, Aliir Aliir, Miles Bergman, Darcy Byrne-Jones, Lachie Jones, Esava Ratugolea, Jason Horne-Francis, and Ollie Wines completed the top ten.

Following the completion of each game, a three-person panel cast their votes. Each player's performance is rated between 0-5, with a maximum of 15 and minimum of zero votes awarded per player, per game. Zak Butters won the award in 2024 and 2023, while Connor Rozee and Ollie Wines were previous winners in 2022 and 2021.

Richmond - Jack Dyer Medal

Midfielder Tim Taranto became a two-time Jack Dyer Medal winner, when he added this year's edition to his 2023 award on the back of a vote total of 47. Nick Vlastuin and Jacob Hopper rounded out the placings. Taranto received 47 votes, followed by Vlastuin with 44 and Hopper with 40. Ben Miller, Seth Campbell, Toby Nankervis, Sam Banks, Nathan Broad, Jack Ross, and Dion Prestia completed the top ten.

St Kilda - Trevor Barker Award

The $2 million man Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera claimed his first Trevor Barker Award, finishing well clear of the last two winners, Callum Wilkie and Jack Sinclair, in second and third. Wanganeen-Milera received 313 votes, followed by Wilkie with 238 and Sinclair with 223. Max Hall, Marcus Windhager, Rowan Marshall, Jack Higgins, Cooper Sharman, Mitch Owens, and Jack Macrae completed the top ten.

Five coaches give a score from one to four after each match, with players being able to receive a maximum of 20 votes per game. Callum Wilkie won the award in 2024, while Jack Sinclair was a two-time winner in 2023 and 2022. Jack Steele was the winner in 2021 and 2020.

Sydney - Bob Skilton Medal

Star mid-forward Isaac Heeney collected a second straight Bob Skilton Medal after yet another All Australian season. Ruckman Brodie Grundy and tagger James Jordon rounded out the podium places. Heeney received 253 votes, followed by Grundy with 238 and Jordon with 188. Chad Warner, Tom McCartin, Sam Wicks, Nick Blakey, James Rowbottom, Justin McInerney, and Jake Lloyd completed the top ten.

Club Champion votes are awarded by the coaching staff. A player can be awarded a maximum of 50 votes per game, and coaches can allocate up to 10 votes for as many or as few players as they deem appropriate, per match. Isaac Heeney won the award in 2024, while Errol Gulden, Callum Mills, and Luke Parker were previous winners in 2023, 2022, and 2021.

West Coast - John Worsfold Medal

In his first year in the west, former Richmond premiership star Liam Baker took out the John Worsfold Medal for 2025. The rebounding defender was a runaway winner from Reuben Ginbey in second and Harley Reid in third. Baker received 338 votes, followed by Ginbey with 286 and Reid with 267. Jack Graham, Brady Hough, Ryan Maric, Liam Duggan, Liam Ryan, Elijah Hewett, and Jamie Cripps completed the top ten.
